Seeking a seasoned Registered Nurse with a strong background in Medical-Surgical nursing for a dynamic opportunity. This contract role focuses on delivering top-tier care in a 22-bed unit, where patient ratios typically remain at 1:4, occasionally reaching up to 1:6. The ideal candidate is adept at working with both adult and pediatric patients, providing comprehensive, compassionate support throughout their shift.

Schedule:

• Four 10-hour day shifts weekly

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license in Oklahoma or Compact state
• Minimum two years of recent RN experience, specifically in Med Surg settings
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Proven ability to care for pediatric patients
• Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to a diverse patient population, including pediatrics
• Perform assessments, develop care plans, and implement treatments in collaboration with healthcare teams
• Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and document care accurately
• Respond promptly to critical situations and adapt to varying patient needs
• Foster a supportive environment for patients and their families while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality

$1,888 - $1,997/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
