Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in a clinical or outpatient setting
• Strong assessment, documentation, and patient education skills
• Proficient in electronic health records and clinical documentation
• Team-oriented approach with effective communication abilities
• Up-to-date BLS certification

Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care under the guidance of physicians and advanced practitioners
• Perform patient assessments, administer medications and injections, and manage wound care
• Deliver health education to patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive care
• Assist with minor procedures and ensure a sterile, organized clinical environment
• Document all patient interactions and interventions in the electronic health record accurately
• Collaborate with medical and administrative staff, supporting clinic operations and maintaining high standards of care
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives
