Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Proven experience in a clinic or outpatient setting
• Strong clinical assessment and triage skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team
• Up-to-date BLS certification required

Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time hours, weekdays
• Day shifts; no nights or weekends required

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments, including history taking and vital sign collection
• Collaborate with physicians and fellow RNs to coordinate patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols
• Provide patient and family education on diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive health practices
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and documentation
• Support patient flow and clinic functions to ensure efficient operations
• Respond to telephone triage and provide guidance as needed
