An opportunity is available for experienced Registered Nurses with a background in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) and other nursing specialties to deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic hospital setting. This contract position offers three 12-hour day shifts per week, allowing you to maximize your work-life balance and gain valuable experience. With multiple openings, youll work alongside a collaborative, skilled team in a fast-paced progressive care environment.

Schedule:

• Three 12-hour day shifts per week (3x12 Days)

Primary Qualifications:

• Valid and unrestricted RN license
• Experience working in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) strongly preferred
• Solid grasp of nursing principles and ability to apply them in acute settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to changing patient needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and attentive care to patients on the PCU, closely monitoring progress and managing complex medical conditions
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and allied health professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in electronic health records
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding conditions, treatments, and recovery
• Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies and changes in patient condition
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and uphold patient safety standards

$3,225 - $3,400/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
