Schedule:

• 3x12 hour day shifts

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum of one year of experience in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or a similar acute care setting
• Proficiency in advanced cardiac monitoring, medication administration, and critical assessment
• Strong decision-making and clinical judgment
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-acuity care to patients requiring close monitoring and frequent assessment
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions, intervening as necessary to maintain optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and families on care processes, ongoing medical needs, and post-discharge instructions
• Document patient status and treatments accurately within electronic medical records
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment while adhering to clinical and regulatory policies
