Schedule/Hours:

• 3x12 hour shifts
• Nights

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted RN license
• Previous experience in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) strongly preferred
• Advanced clinical skills in continuous patient assessment and post-acute care
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong critical thinking and communication abilities
• Adaptability to fast-paced and evolving patient care needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on nursing care and continuous monitoring for patients with complex or changing conditions in the PCU
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Interpret and respond promptly to significant patient changes, using clinical judgment to escalate care when needed
• Administer medications and treatments accurately, ensuring patient safety at all times
• Provide updates and education to patients and families regarding care plans and progress
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all care provided
• Support a positive, cooperative work environment and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
