Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Proven experience in an emergency room or acute care setting
• Strong clinical assessment and triage skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Certification in BLS and ACLS required; additional certifications (such as PALS or TNCC) are a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
• Perform thorough patient assessments and prioritize care in critical situations
• Administer medications and treatments according to protocols and physicians orders
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
• Accurately document care provided and changes in patient condition
• Respond rapidly and calmly to emergencies, initiating life-saving measures when needed
• Educate patients and families regarding procedures, care plans, and follow-up instructions

$3,225 - $3,400/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
