Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:
- Current, unrestricted RN license
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting
- Proficient with advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) and basic life support (BLS) protocols
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Adaptable to new environments and comfortable with electronic medical records (EMR)
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-acuity care to progressive care/step-down patients
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient management
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and respond to emergent changes in patient status
- Educate patients and families regarding care plans and discharge instructions
- Accurately document all care-related activities according to facility standards

$1,959 - $2,143/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
