Job Description
A registered nurse (RN) position is available in an Urgent Care setting, offering an excellent opportunity to provide professional nursing care in a fast-paced environment. This contract role is based in Odessa, TX, and requires a minimum of two years of relevant nursing experience.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care in an urgent care facility, assessing, planning, and implementing nursing interventions
- Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure timely, effective treatment
- Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with healthcare standards
- Provide patient education and support throughout their care
Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure
- At least 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in urgent care or similar clinical settings
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work efficiently during daytime hours
Schedule/Hours:
- Day shift
- Monday through Friday
- 5 days a week, 8 hours per day (09:00 - 17:30)
