Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience working in clinic or outpatient settings
• Strong assessment, triage, and documentation skills
• Proficient in electronic health records and standard RN procedures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Current BLS certification (required)
• Ability to adapt to changing clinical environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and patient education
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practitioners, and clinic staff to deliver coordinated care
• Monitor, document, and report patient status, supporting clinical decision-making
• Emphasize patient safety, quality standards, and confidentiality at all times
• Assist with exam procedures, intake, and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records and assist with scheduling follow-ups
