Qualifications & Experience:

• Active, unrestricted RN license in New York State
• Minimum of one year of recent nursing experience in a clinic or outpatient setting
• Knowledge of current nursing principles, practices, and techniques
• Strong assessment, triage, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with providers, patients, and support staff
• Current BLS certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a clinical setting, including routine exams, medication administration, and health education
• Conduct patient assessments, record health histories, and update charts accurately
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition promptly
• Support patient education, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and medication instruction
• Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory standards to ensure quality and safety
