Schedule / Hours:

• 3x12 hour shifts
• Nights

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Experience in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or similar acute care setting
• Solid clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive, vigilant care to patients requiring close monitoring and advanced intervention
• Monitor patient status, interpret vital signs and respond to changes with appropriate interventions
• Administer medications, manage IVs, and oversee other therapeutic measures as required
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other care team members to coordinate optimal treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care
• Maintain accurate patient records and promptly document interventions and observations
• Uphold best practice standards in accordance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements
