Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of one year ER nursing experience
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Strong understanding of emergency protocols and triage procedures
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to remain calm and effective in fast-paced situations
• Detail-oriented, with a focus on patient-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, prioritize, and provide critical nursing care for patients experiencing trauma, acute illness, or other emergencies
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and status changes
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals for optimal treatment plans
• Triage incoming patients and manage workflow based on acuity
• Educate patients and their families on post-care instructions and health management
• Maintain strict adherence to all infection control and patient safety standards

$3,225 - $3,400/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
