Desired Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an emergency department (ER) setting
- Solid foundation in general nursing skills and clinical decision-making
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and documentation abilities
- Proven adaptability and composure in high-pressure environments
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt, effective emergency nursing care, triaging and managing patient flow
- Assess, monitor, and record vital signs and changes in patient conditions
- Administer medications, therapies, and interventions in accordance with protocols
- Collaborate closely with providers and allied health staff for rapid, coordinated care
- Provide education and support to patients and their families during stressful times
- Maintain accurate, detailed documentation and uphold all compliance standards
