Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Current, active RN license with the state board of nursing
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience in a clinic or ambulatory care setting
• Knowledge of current nursing best practices, including patient assessment, care coordination, and patient education
• Strong interpersonal skills for communicating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Proficient documentation and organizational skills
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and obtain vital histories in collaboration with providers
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and vaccinations
• Provide patient and family education tailored to clinical procedures, diagnosis, and treatment plans
• Support care planning and follow-up with patients as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records
• Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and patient confidentiality regulations
