Exciting opportunity available for a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide high-quality anesthesia care in a dynamic hospital environment. This position offers both full-time and part-time options, with a flexible 3 weeks on, 2 weeks off rotation of 12-hour day shifts. Weekend, holiday, and on-call coverage is occasionally required, and on-call hours must be spent onsite.

Schedule

• 12-hour day shifts

• On-call responsibilities required onsite as needed

Essential Qualifications

• Active or eligible Alaska RN license (can take approximately 8 weeks to obtain)
• Current certification as a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the NBCRNA
• 2-3 years of recent acute care experience
• COVID vaccination required, with medical or religious exemption considered
• Doctorate degree preferred

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver anesthesia services for a range of cases in a hospital setting
• Evaluate patients and develop safe anesthesia care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Respond to emergent situations and participate in on-call coverage
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and uphold patient safety standards
