Step into a rewarding nursing role within a vascular surgery clinic, where your expertise will directly support patients through their perioperative journey. As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a crucial part in providing high-quality care and education to individuals undergoing vascular procedures in a dynamic, outpatient setting.

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Previous experience in a clinic environment, preferably within surgical or vascular specialties
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and patient relations abilities
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred

Schedule:

• Day shift, Monday through Friday
• No nights, weekends, or major holidays

Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered care before, during, and after vascular surgical procedures
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Assist with patient flow, including admissions, pre-op, and post-op monitoring
• Provide education to patients and families regarding procedures, medications, and recovery expectations
• Coordinate with surgeons, physicians, and allied health staff to ensure continuity of care
• Uphold strict infection control and safety protocols
• Manage clinical documentation accurately and timely
• Respond swiftly to emergencies and follow all clinical protocols
