Seeking a Registered Nurse with experience in clinic settings to support a busy vascular surgery practice. This contract position is ideal for professionals comfortable working independently within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Previous experience in a clinic environment, preferably in vascular surgery or surgical specialties
• Strong assessment, triage, and patient education skills
• Effective communication and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems
• Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians and other clinical staff

Responsibilities:

• Assess, triage, and prepare patients for vascular surgery consultations and follow-up visits
• Educate patients and families about procedures, pre- and post-operative care, and home management
• Collaborate with the surgical team to coordinate care plans and procedures
• Monitor patient progress, document findings, and update electronic medical records
• Provide support during in-clinic procedures and assist with minor interventions as needed
• Maintain a patient-centered approach, ensuring safety, comfort, and confidentiality at all times
