Essential Skills & Experience:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Previous experience in a clinic setting or outpatient care preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation abilities
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• BLS certification required

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments, triage, and ongoing monitoring
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by providers
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record
• Support clinic workflow including prepping exam rooms, ordering supplies, and assisting providers as needed
• Prioritize patient safety and adhere to all relevant policies and protocols
• Demonstrate professionalism and empathy in all patient interactions
