Schedule/Hours:

  • Travel-based contract assignment

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • At least 1 year of recent experience in an Operating Room setting
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred)
  • Exceptional communication and team collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with pre-op, intra-op, and post-op patient care protocols

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive perioperative care to surgical patients in accordance with best practices
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists before, during, and after procedures
  • Carefully document observations, interventions, and patient outcomes
  • Ensure a sterile and safe environment by adhering to all infection control standards
  • Support and educate patients and families throughout the surgical process
