Qualifications:

• Current and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of one year of recent Operating Room RN experience (travel experience preferred but not required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• Excellent assessment, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic surgical settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub during operative procedures
• Prepare and maintain sterile surgical setups
• Monitor patient safety and well-being throughout perioperative care
• Collaborate closely with the surgical team to implement best practices
• Document accurately and promptly in the EMR system
