Qualifications
- Active RN license (unrestricted, PA or compact)
- Recent Operating Room experience highly preferred
- Must reside at least 60 miles away for travel status
- Completion of all required PA clearances: Child Abuse History, Department of Human Services Fingerprinting, FBI Fingerprinting (Department of Aging), and PA State Police Clearance before starting
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care in the operating room, ensuring patient safety and collaborating effectively with surgical teams
- Uphold the strictest infection control and sterilization guidelines
- Advocate for patients throughout their surgical experiences
- Participate in and support continuous process improvement initiatives
