As a traveling RN specializing in the Operating Room, youll immerse yourself in a highly awarded hospital environment recognized for its clinical excellence, innovation, and commitment to advanced patient care. Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment
- Schedule provided upon assignment
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of North Carolina or compact states
- Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room (OR) nursing experience preferred
- BLS required; ACLS preferred
- Strong adaptability and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary surgical environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver perioperative nursing care, assisting with pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases
- Circulate and/or scrub for surgical procedures in accordance with hospital protocols
- Monitor patient safety and response to anesthesia
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support staff for optimal patient outcomes
- Document care according to regulatory and hospital standards
