An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse skilled in Operating Room nursing to support surgical teams in a dynamic healthcare environment. Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Valid RN license with Operating Room experience
- Strong knowledge of sterile techniques, surgical instruments, and OR safety protocols
- Ability to anticipate surgeon needs and maintain efficient workflow during procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with perioperative documentation and patient monitoring
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Prepare and maintain the operating room for various surgical procedures
- Assist surgical team by passing instruments and supplies efficiently
- Monitor patient status and communicate any changes promptly
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety guidelines
- Participate actively in team briefings and debriefings to promote quality outcomes
