Schedule Details:
- 36-40 hours per week, flexible to department needs
- Typical shifts: 0900-1830, 0600-1830, or 0800-1830
- Weeknight call approximately every 1-2 weeks
- Weekend call approximately every 4-5th weekend
- Response time: within 30 minutes
- Holiday rotation required
- Blocked days off are not guaranteed
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Strong experience in the operating room setting
- Ability to adapt to changing duties and schedules
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to participate in call and holiday rotation
Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons and anesthesia providers during operative procedures
- Maintain a sterile field and ensure patient safety at all times
- Collaborate with circulating and scrub team members
- Monitor and document patient condition throughout surgery
- Support rapid response to emergencies or unexpected changes
