Schedule/Hours:
- 36 or 40 hours per week
- 36 hrs: 09:0018:30 or 06:0018:30
- 40 hrs: 08:0018:30
- Weeknight call approximately every 12 weeks
- Weekend call every 4th5th weekend
- 30-minute call response time required
- Includes holiday rotations
- Shift flexibility may be requested; blocked days off are not guaranteed

Desired Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum one year of recent Operating Room circulating experience required
- BLS certification (additional certifications preferred)
- Strong assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, effective nursing care as an OR circulating RN
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary surgical teams
- Monitor and advocate for patient safety throughout all phases of surgery
- Anticipate the needs of surgeons and operating room staff
- Convey critical information to patients, families, and colleagues as necessary
