Role Overview:
As a valued member of the Operating Room staff, youll support safe, effective surgical procedures with patient-centered care, collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative teams. Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms and ensure all necessary equipment is sterile and ready
• Support surgeons before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Monitor patient vitals and responses throughout surgery
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary surgical teams
• Advocate for patient well-being throughout the perioperative process

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room experience (scrub and/or circulate)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; ACLS preferred
• Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and communication skills
• Adaptability to fast-paced, diverse surgical environments
