Schedule/Hours:
- Variable shifts aligned with surgical schedules, offering work-life balance and ample downtime.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current, unrestricted RN license
- Minimum of 1-2 years recent experience in an acute-care Operating Room
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Demonstrated knowledge of OR safety, sterile technique, and surgical instrumentation
- Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
- Adaptability to fast-paced, collaborative team environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Circulate and/or scrub on a variety of surgical procedures
- Prepare and maintain the sterile field, ensuring patient safety throughout
- Collaborate with the surgical team to deliver best-in-class patient care
- Administer medications and monitor patient status pre-, intra-, and post-op
- Maintain accurate documentation and advocate for patient needs
