Schedule/Hours:

Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care to OR patients in accordance with established standards and evidence-based practices
- Oversee and guide different levels of nursing staff while fostering teamwork and professional development
- Utilize the nursing process and critical thinking to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Collaborate with surgical teams and other healthcare disciplines to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered service
- Exercise professional and independent judgment in supervising, coaching, and delegating assignments
Qualifications:
- Current California RN license
- Previous Operating Room nursing experience
- Strong critical thinking and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- BLS and ACLS certifications preferred
