Professional Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered perioperative care for assigned cases in the Operating Room
- Supervise, guide, and support various levels of nursing staff, ensuring teamwork and quality outcomes
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated patient care
- Exercise strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and decision-making skills
- Uphold standards of safety, sterility, and documentation
- Participate in process improvements and professional development initiatives
Qualifications:
- Current, active RN license (state eligibility required)
- Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room RN experience preferred
- BLS certification (additional certifications may be required)
- Strong interpersonal communication abilities
- Demonstrated leadership or charge RN experience desired
