Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize clinical expertise, critical thinking, and independent judgment to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Ensure accurate documentation and effective communication regarding patient conditions and interventions
• Demonstrate leadership abilities in supervising staff and providing mentorship within the OR environment
• Advocate for patient safety and well-being throughout the surgical experience

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Demonstrated experience in the operating room or perioperative setting
• Proficient knowledge of surgical procedures, aseptic technique, and patient safety practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to exercise sound clinical judgment and professional discretion
• Willingness to work collaboratively with other care disciplines
• Proven supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
