Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize clinical expertise, critical thinking, and independent judgment to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Ensure accurate documentation and effective communication regarding patient conditions and interventions
- Demonstrate leadership abilities in supervising staff and providing mentorship within the OR environment
- Advocate for patient safety and well-being throughout the surgical experience
Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted RN license
- Demonstrated experience in the operating room or perioperative setting
- Proficient knowledge of surgical procedures, aseptic technique, and patient safety practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to exercise sound clinical judgment and professional discretion
- Willingness to work collaboratively with other care disciplines
- Proven supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
