Schedule:

Qualifications:

• Current RN license, valid in the state of Texas (or compact license)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room experience
• Strongly preferred: proficiency in vascular, plastics/reconstructive (DIEP flaps/microsurgery), robotics-assisted (bariatric, GYN, general, colorectal), and orthopedics (total joints) cases
• Current BLS certification; CNOR certification a plus
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
• Adaptability and a collaborative team mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide perioperative patient care in a high-acuity Operating Room environment
• Scrub and circulate on a variety of surgical specialties, including advanced robotics and reconstructive procedures
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia teams, and surgical technologists
• Maintain and advocate for best practices in safety and infection prevention
• Document care accurately and thoroughly
