Schedule:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated perioperative care to individual patients and assigned groups, upholding established nursing standards and evidence-based practice.
• Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes in the operating room.
• Supervise, mentor, and direct the activities of RN and non-RN staff during surgical procedures.
• Collaborate and coordinate patient care with physicians, surgeons, and other disciplines, ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Exercise critical thinking, independent judgment, and professional discretion daily.
• Uphold facility protocols, prioritizing patient safety and effective workflow in a dynamic surgical setting.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active RN license, eligibility to practice in California.
• Previous operating room experience required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
