Schedule/Hours:
- Travel position with flexible assignment duration

Key Qualifications:
- Valid RN license, with graduation from an accredited nursing program
- At least one year of recent Operating Room nursing experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Confidence in critical thinking and autonomous decision-making
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated patient care to individuals or groups, following established standards and nursing processes
- Supervise various levels of nursing staff and direct their daily activities
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care planning
- Exercise professional discretion, sound judgment, and leadership in all clinical situations
- Ensure patient safety, maintain accurate documentation, and adhere to facility guidelines
