Required Qualifications:
- Valid and unrestricted RN license
- Minimum of one year experience in Operating Room nursing
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ACLS certification preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure
Responsibilities:
- Circulate and/or scrub for a wide range of surgical cases
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists
- Maintain a sterile environment and uphold all safety protocols
- Support patients and families, offering clear information and reassurance
- Participate in preoperative and postoperative patient assessment and care
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and best practice sharing
