Desired Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Previous Operating Room nursing experience
- Proficiency in intraoperative patient care and operating room protocols
- Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to supervise and direct assigned nursing staff
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications recommended
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide coordinated nursing care for assigned patients, adhering to established standards and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct activities of designated nursing staff within the operating room setting
- Coordinate patient care with surgeons and interdisciplinary teams
- Utilize sound professional judgment and independent decision-making
