Key Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted RN license
• Demonstrated experience as an Operating Room nurse
• Familiarity with sterile techniques, surgical instruments, and operating room protocols
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• BLS and ACLS certifications (preferred or as required by state/facility)
• Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub in surgical procedures, ensuring all protocols are followed
• Monitor patient status and assist anesthesia personnel as needed
• Prepare the operating suite with necessary supplies, equipment, and instrumentation
• Advocate for patient safety and comfort pre-, intra-, and post-operatively
• Maintain accurate documentation during procedures and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Communicate effectively with surgeons, surgical technologists, and support staff

$2,001 - $2,189/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
