Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Demonstrated experience in the Operating Room, including circulating and/or scrubbing
- Strong critical-thinking, assessment, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing clinical environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for surgical procedures and manage perioperative care
- Assist surgical teams as a circulating and/or scrub nurse as required
- Maintain sterile techniques and ensure patient safety at all times
- Accurately document patient status and intraoperative activities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
