Schedule/Hours:
- 6:45 AM 7:15 PM shifts
- Participation in call, weekends, and holidays
- NO BLOCK scheduling
Qualifications:
- Active RN license (GA or compact)
- Demonstrated experience in the Operating Room as a circulating nurse
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- Level 1 Trauma experience is essential
- Strong clinical assessment and technical skills; burn experience preferred
- High performance on skills checklists
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert perioperative nursing care in a Level 1 Trauma Center setting
- Collaborate with surgical teams during pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases
- Maintain a sterile environment and ensure patient safety
- Respond swiftly to emergencies and adapt to complex, rapidly changing circumstances
- Document care accurately and uphold best practices in patient advocacy
