Deliver high-quality patient care as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room, playing a crucial part within a collaborative surgical team. Key Qualifications:

• Current active RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Operating Room nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications (must be current)
• Familiarity with perioperative nursing principles and sterile technique
• Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care before, during, and after surgery
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating room and ensure all surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment are ready and sterile
• Assist surgeons and other team members during procedures
• Monitor patients vital signs, anesthesia status, and comfort throughout procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation of surgical interventions and patient information
• Adhere strictly to infection control standards and facility protocols
• Provide emotional support to patients and families, ensuring clear communication and patient education
• Respond promptly to emergencies and unexpected events in the OR
