Schedule & Setting:

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
• 13-week assignment with options for 36 or 48 guaranteed hours per week
• Rotational weekends, with block scheduling possible (per facility requirements)
• No call requirements
• Required floating within unit rotation

Qualifications:

• Current RN license (eligible or active in Missouri)
• BLS (AHA) certification
• 1 year of inpatient telemetry experience and competence in drug titration
• NIHSS certification (or completion prior to start)
• 4 trauma credits (must have, or complete within first 2 weeks)
• Preferred: ACLS (AHA) and inpatient trauma experience
• Flexibility, resilience, and commitment to patient care excellence

Duties:

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care from assessment through evaluation
• Monitor and coordinate patient activities, utilizing advanced equipment (e.g., Alaris pumps, telemetry, EPIC)
• Function as part of a multi-disciplinary team and mentor peers
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality and safety standards
