As an Operating Room RN on this assignment, you'll expand your expertise in a Level I Trauma Center while collaborating with accomplished leaders and practitioners. The opportunity to encounter diverse workplace practices and advanced technologiesincluding the Da Vinci Xi Surgical Systemprovides an ideal boost for your clinical portfolio.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 4x10 hour shifts, Evenings (11:00 AM 9:30 PM; rotating days off to meet unit needs)
  • May include weekend shifts
  • Call requirements: Approximately one weeknight per week and one weekend shift per month
  • Flexible with time-off requests, as long as scheduling needs are met

Qualifications:

  • Valid RN license with Operating Room experience (minimum 3 years)
  • Strong proficiency (predominantly 3/4 of cases) in Neuro procedures (ALIF, anterior cervical fusion, craniotomy, kyphoplasty, laminectomy/discectomy, lumbar fusion, XLIF)
  • Experience with Da Vinci Xi Surgical System is required
  • BLS certification
  • Level I Trauma Center background mandatory
  • First-time travelers are encouraged to apply

  • Deliver expert care for surgical patients in a fast-paced OR setting
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during complex neuro and robotics procedures
  • Adhere to evidence-based practices and ensure patient safety standards are always met
  • Support unit goals with flexibility, including rotating and on-call shifts
