Schedule:

  • 3x12 hour nights, 1830-0700 (rotating days off to align with unit needs)
  • May include weekend shifts
  • Call requirements: Approximately one weeknight per week and one weekend shift per month
  • Flexible approach to requested time offas long as shifts are made up!

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active RN license and BLS certification required
  • Minimum three years' experience as an OR RN
  • Level I Trauma Center background essential
  • Must have 3 out of 4 primary neuro skillsets: ALIF, Anterior cervical fusion, Craniotomy, Kyphoplasty, Laminectomy/discectomy, Lumbar fusion, XLIF
  • Proficiency with Da Vinci Xi Surgical System robotics
  • Open to first-time travelers eager to expand their horizons

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized care during neuro and robotic procedures
  • Work collaboratively within the multi-disciplinary OR team
  • Adapt to a rotating call schedule and various case types
  • Maintain exceptional patient safety and surgical standards
