This travel assignment places you in an engaging clinical environment within a Level I Trauma Center, allowing you to expand your resume and develop new expertise. Through exposure to diverse workplace practices and dynamic leadership, youll enhance your professional capabilitiesespecially in high-acuity settings.

Schedule/Hours:

• Three 12-hour night shifts (6:30pm - 7:00am)
• Rotating days off to accommodate unit needs
• May include weekends
• Call: Approximately one weeknight per week and one weekend shift per month
• Flexible with requested time offopportunity to make up shifts as needed

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active RN license, eligible for practice in Montana
• Minimum of 3 years recent Operating Room RN experience
• Previous work in Level I Trauma Center required
• Expertise in Neuro OR procedures: ALIF, anterior cervical fusion, craniotomy, kyphoplasty, laminectomy/discectomy, lumbar fusion, XLIF
• Robotics experience with Da Vinci Xi Surgical System
• Current BLS certification
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
• First-time travelers welcomed and supported

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver exemplary patient care throughout pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases
• Collaborate closely with surgeons and interdisciplinary teams
• Circulate and scrub as required for advanced neuro and robotic-assisted surgeries
• Maintain safety protocols and adapt to rapidly changing situations
• Support the ongoing education of patients, families, and colleagues
