This role provides exposure to a Level I Trauma Center, perfect for expanding your expertise with advanced cases and diverse patient populations. Working alongside experienced leadership and surgical teams, you'll strengthen your neuro and robotics skillsets and gain invaluable insights into innovative operative practices.

The travel assignments rotating night shifts offer flexibility and plenty of extended downtime, ideal for making the most of your stay in Montana. First-time travelers are welcomed, making this an exceptional opportunity to propel your career while immersing yourself in a new region.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 3x12 hour night shifts, 1830-0700, with rotating days off
  • Weekend shifts may be scheduled
  • On-call: approximately one weeknight per week and one weekend per month
  • Flexible approved time off, with opportunities to make up missed time

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license
  • Minimum 3 years of OR nursing experience
  • Level I Trauma Center background required
  • Strong neuro skills (minimum 3 out of 4): ALIF, Anterior cervical fusion, Craniotomy, Kyphoplasty, Laminectomy/discectomy, Lumbar fusion, XLIF
  • Robotics experience with Da Vinci Xi Surgical System
  • BLS certification
  • Open to first-time travelers

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialized intraoperative care with a neuro and robotics focus
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
  • Participate in call rotations and adapt to dynamic scheduling
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and leadership in complex surgical cases
