Schedule:
- 3x12 hour nights, 1830-0700 (rotating days off to align with unit needs)
- May include weekend shifts
- Call requirements: Approximately one weeknight per week and one weekend shift per month
- Flexible approach to requested time offas long as shifts are made up!
Desired Qualifications:
- Active RN license and BLS certification required
- Minimum three years' experience as an OR RN
- Level I Trauma Center background essential
- Must have 3 out of 4 primary neuro skillsets: ALIF, Anterior cervical fusion, Craniotomy, Kyphoplasty, Laminectomy/discectomy, Lumbar fusion, XLIF
- Proficiency with Da Vinci Xi Surgical System robotics
- Open to first-time travelers eager to expand their horizons
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized care during neuro and robotic procedures
- Work collaboratively within the multi-disciplinary OR team
- Adapt to a rotating call schedule and various case types
- Maintain exceptional patient safety and surgical standards
