Assignment Highlights:

• Scheduling options: 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts depending on availability
• Set schedules for planning consistency
• No floating except in rare cases related to COVID
• Hospital-laundered scrubs provided

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Interest or experience in surgical or procedural care (preferred but not required)
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for contributing to a high-performing, team-oriented environment
• Eagerness to collaborate with a diverse group of professionals
• New graduate RNs are welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub for a wide array of procedures such as trauma, neurosurgery, orthopedics, robotics, cardiovascular, plastics, pediatrics, and more
• Maintain meticulous documentation using Meditech
• Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate perioperative care in a 1:1 patient ratio setting
• Participate in continuous quality improvement and adhere to all hospital and unit guidelines
