Qualifications:
- Active RN license, valid for California
- Recent experience in perioperative/OR nursing
- In-depth knowledge of the nursing process and established standards of care
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated supervisory experience or comfort leading assigned nursing staff
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated, patient-focused care to operative patients or assigned groups, following established nursing standards
- Apply critical thinking and independent judgment to assess patient needs throughout the surgical process
- Supervise, mentor, and direct assigned nursing staff, fostering a collaborative team environment
- Effectively coordinate with multiple healthcare disciplines for comprehensive patient care
- Support all functions related to operating room services, including intraoperative care and designated support functions
