Schedule/Hours:

Key Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of 1-2 years recent Operating Room nursing experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA approved)
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with circulating and scrubbing roles preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary team environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, effective perioperative nursing care, adhering to facility and industry standards
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care throughout the surgical process
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold strict aseptic technique
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthetists, and surgical techs
- Adhere to patient safety protocols and infection control measures
- Support patients and families with education and emotional care
