This role is ideal for RNs eager to expand their expertise by working alongside seasoned leaders and a variety of specialties including orthopedics, gynecology, urology, robotics, vascular, cardiovascular, neuro, and thoracic procedures. Schedule/Hours:
- Night call rotation: Wednesdays & Fridays, 11 PM7 AM
- 12 rotating weekend call shifts per 5-week schedule
Essential Qualifications:
- Current RN license with a minimum of 1 year of OR circulator experience
- ACLS and BLS certifications (both required)
- Flexibility to participate in rotating call schedule
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, adaptable, and a collaborative approach to care
Preferred Experience:
- Background in orthopedics, robotics, urology, general, gynecology, cardiovascular, neuro, thoracic
- Familiarity with Meditech EMR
Key Responsibilities:
- Circulate for surgical procedures across a diverse surgical service line
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, surgical techs, and support staff
- Adhere to all operational and clinical standards in a fast-paced OR setting
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
