Schedule:

• Contract position with full-time hours

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans during all phases of perioperative care
• Monitor, chart, and communicate patient conditions promptly and accurately
• Serve as the primary coordinator for patient care among all involved disciplines
• Follow physician and nursing orders swiftly and accurately
• Assess and plan for patient discharge in collaboration with the broader care team
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment
