Schedule/Hours:
- Days: 6:30 AM 3:00 PM
- Weekend and On Call Requirements
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
- Current New Mexico RN license or Compact state license
- BLS and ACLS Certifications (AHA required)
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills relevant to the Operating Room and patient age/type
- Sensitive to patient rights and effective communicator
- Ability to handle emergency situations and manage physically demanding tasks
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and administer patient care specific to Operating Room requirements
- Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality care in alignment with departmental standards
- Maintain positive, respectful relationships with staff, physicians, patients, and families
- Adhere to patient safety, infection control policies, and organizational values
