Qualifications/Experience:

• Active RN license (unencumbered)
• Minimum of 2 years recent Operating Room experience preferred
• Experience with vascular, plastics reconstructive (including DIEP flaps/microsurgery) strongly recommended
• Familiarity with robotics (bariatric, GYN, general, colorectal) and major orthopedic procedures (total joints) desired
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms and maintain a sterile environment
• Assist surgeons in a broad array of procedures: vascular, plastics (micro flap reconstructions), robotics, and orthopedic cases
• Ensure patient safety and monitor intraoperative responses
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver continuity of care
• Support surgical workflow efficiency and uphold best practices
