Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time travel assignment
- Flexible scheduling options may be available depending on staffing needs
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Current and valid RN license, eligible for practice in Texas
- Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room experience
- Strongly recommended: experience with vascular surgeries, plastics reconstructive cases (DIEP flaps, microsurgery), and robotics (bariatric, GYN, general, colorectal)
- Orthopedic experience with total joints is highly preferred
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- BLS and ACLS certifications (or ability to obtain prior to assignment start)
Key Responsibilities:
- Circulate in a variety of surgical specialties: vascular, plastics, robotics, orthopedics, and general OR cases
- Safeguard patient safety throughout procedures while maintaining sterile technique
- Collaborate closely with surgical teams, making decisions in fast-paced environments
- Document all intraoperative activities with accuracy and precision
- Support surgeons, anesthesiologists, and fellow staff to ensure seamless patient care
